Accenture Hiring Process For ASE And FSE, Technical Questions, HR

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog. In this article, I will discuss the Accenture hiring process for ASE and FSE, associate software engineer, full-stack engineer, Accenture online test questions, Accenture technical questions, HR round questions in Accenture, etc.

Details of Recruitment

01. Eligible Branches: All BE branches, MCA.

02. Eligibility Criteria: BE/MCA CGPA of 6.5 & above with no current backlogs(No restriction on 10th,12th/Diploma scores).

03. Job profile: Associate software Engineer(4.5LPA) and Full-stack Engineer(6.5LPA).

04. Max 1 year gap in education is allowed.

Recruitment process are:

  1. Communication test.(No elimination)
  2. Online test
  3. Technical + HR interview

Online Test

01. Accenture – Wheebox online test has 3 sections with total timings 60 mins.

02. Cognitive Assessment

  1. Quantitative Ability – 20 Questions
  2. Analytical Ability – 20 Questions
  3. Verbal Ability – 20 Questions

03. Technical Assessment

  1. The fundament of programming – 20 Questions
  2. Pseudo code – 10 Questions

• No Negative marking.
• No Sectional Time Limit.
• Sectional cut-off is there.
• Total Time limit : 90 mins.

Quantitative ability: Important topics in this section are Trigonometry, Interests (simple and comp), Angles, Elevations, Profit loss, Wages, Time, and work.

Analytical ability: Important topics in this section are Syllogism, Coding decoding, Ages, Calendars & Clock.

Verbal ability: Important topics in this section are Prepositions, Synonyms, Antonyms & Paragraph for the conclusion.

After clearing the online test there will be a coding test for the FSE role.

Technical/HR Interview

Interviews were taken in groups. 5 students in each group and 2 interviewers (one technical and one HR ).

Question’s asked were:

01. Tell me about yourself?

02. Explain about your projects?

03. Why Accenture?

04. Why Engineering?

05. What is success according to you?

06. Is success related to a single person?

07. What is your first step after getting a project?

08. Difference between iOS and Android?

09. Consider a situation where you have scored very little and your parents are very angry. How will you convince them?

10. The greatest challenge faced in your projects?

11. Did you face any failure in projects if so how did you overcome it?

12. What if I assign a job which you don’t like?

13. You have mentioned traveling is your hobby. which place you had visited recently?

14. A cherishing moment in your life?

15. Are you ready for the night shift?

16. If you placed in another company with the higher package then what is your choice?

17. Are you willing to relocate?

18. What makes you unique?

19. Explain your recent achievements?

20. What all you know about Accenture?
