KPIT in association with HackerEarth is proud to present, KPIT Campus Hiring Challenge, a hiring challenge for superstars like YOU across selected top engineering colleges in India.

The automotive world is changing rapidly. At KPIT, we work on cutting edge software technologies that are at the forefront and in the real world are driving this transformation. From Autonomous Driving to Connected Vehicles and from Electric Powertrain to Vehicle Diagnostics, KPIT is the strategic partner to leaders in mobility.

This hiring challenge is looking for bright and young minds to design, simulate, and test future automotive applications in C/C++. Moreover, if you have a flair for mathematics and its applications in Embedded Systems, Automotive Control Systems, AI and ML, you have got what it takes to ace at this role.

Who is it for?

  • Gradaudtion Year: 2021
  • Only students from the current batch of B.E/B.Tech – 7th or 8th Sem can apply.
  • Academics: 70% throughout their academics (10th – 70% and above, 12th – 70 % and above and Engineering till 6th Sem – 70% and above) with no active backlogs.
  • B.E / B.Tech Specializations (Core):
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Electronics and Communication Engineering
    • Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
    • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Instrumentation Engineering
  • Other branches: CSE, IT, Mechanical and all other branches can apply for this role too, after undergoing a pre-filtration round. Please refer to the challenge process mentioned on the page.

Job Details:

  • Job Role: Software Engineer Trainee
  • CTC: INR 3.6 – 5.5 LPA
  • Location: Pune and Bangalore

Challenge Process for core branches:

  • Register on HackerEarth platform via the link below. Registration ends on 6th Feb 2021 (6 PM).
  • Round 1 – Coding Challenge:
    • Date: 07 Feb (10 AM – 5 PM)
    • Format: 2 programming questions on Data Structures/Algorithms + MCQs
  • Round 2 – Leaderboard Challenge:
    • Date: 12 Feb – 14 Feb
    • Format: Shortlisted students will give round 2. Test will be conducted for 3 days. 2 programming questions will be revealed each day. A live leaderboard will be maintained.

Challenge Process for other branches:

  • Register on the HackerEarth platform via the link below. Registration ends on 6th Feb 2021 (6 PM).
  • Pre-filtration Round:
    • Date: 31 Jan (10 AM – 5 PM)
    • Format: 40 MCQs
  • Round 1 – Coding Challenge:
    • Date: 07 Feb (10 AM – 5 PM)
    • Format: 2 programming questions on Data Structures/Algorithms + MCQs
  • Round 2 – Leaderboard Challenge:
    • Date: 12 Feb – 14 Feb
