Autonomous Vehicle
The autonomous vehicle is nothing but a self-driving vehicle or car. The vehicle is capable of moving safely without any human work. A self-driving vehicle consists of various types of sensors to become aware of their surroundings such as radar, lidar, GPS, sonar, etc. The obstacle sensor plays the main role is an A-vehicle, which is responsible to detect the objects.
In autonomous vehicles, one can reach the destination safely without driving the car only thing is that you need to set a location or destination. The A-vehicle is totally dependent on sensors. Many sensors will be used in a self-driving vehicle and each sensor performs a particular function.
Working Of Autonomous Vehicle
01. When a person enters the vehicle, the A-vehicle issues warnings that the person as entered inside the car.
02. Once the sit inside the car he has to set a destination or location where he wants to go.
03. After setting the destination, the autonomous vehicle takes control of the vehicle such as accelerating, braking, and control of steering.
04. At the beginning, the driver must monitor the movement of the vehicle.
05. Later the driver can take rest like watching movies, playing games or driver can also sleep. The A-vehicle will manage everything like turning off the car, braking, etc.
06. The driver’s attention is not required now and the driver can remove the seat belt and can take rest.
07. The autonomous vehicle consists of many sensors by taking inputs from sensors, the vehicle take movement.
08. Finally, the vehicle will be turned off once the driver reaches the destination.
The self-driving vehicle also uses artificial intelligence technology to make the vehicle think like a human. How drivers can think while driving car similar artificial intelligence will make the vehicle to think like humans.
Benefits Of Autonomous Vehicle
- No driver is required
- A person can take rest like sleep, watching movies, or playing games.
- No salary for the driver.
- A person can enjoy the latest technology
Drawbacks Of Autonomous vehicle
- The cost is high.
- The person does not have more control over the vehicle.
- The maintenance cost is high.
- Risk during traffic.
Purpose Of Autonomous Vehicle
The purpose of self-driving car is to drive the car safely from one place to other place without driver and person who is seating in car can take rest.
