If we connect cells in series the voltage of each cell will be added and in parallel, a current will be added.
In this above question, three cells are connected in series.

The total battery pack voltage is 3 * 3 = 9 volts.
The total battery pack current capacity is = 20 Ah
The nominal energy capacity is = 180 Wh.
