Solution:
 
First convert 60000 meters to KM and then divide by 45.
Time = Distance / Speed
         = 60 KM / 45 KM
         = 1.333 hours
 
and 1.33 hrs * 60 = 80 minutes.
 
So, the correct answer is both 1 & 2.
