The difference between automatic and manual transmission system are:
 
01. The manual transmission system offers more control to the car driver whereas automatic transmission system offers less control to the car driver.
02. In manual transmission system, we have gear stick to change gear levels such as first gear, second gear, third, reverse, etc whereas in automatic transmission system, we have stick to change modes such as drive, park, reverse, etc.
03. The cost of manual transmission system based car is less compared to automatic transmission system car.
04. The automatic transmission system car is good during traffic.
05. In manual transmission system, changing of gear levels is done by driver whereas in automatic transmission system, the changing of gear levels is done automatically.
